This is a letter to myself, but to those who feel it, listen up as well. Show no mercy, and take no names, And when you face your demons; feel no pain. Hold on when theres nothing in you, except the will which says 'hold on' And look back at all the shit you've been through, and see how far you've come. Stand tall in the face of any situation, take all these words and let them stick, Keep your head above the fucking water, And kick your fucking legs, bitch. Show me the train-wreck,and bring on the pain, Break out the bloodlust and just colour me insane Cast out the coward, expose the lies Burn all the bridges, show no fear, in these eyes. And in the end, you'll see it's time well spent. And in the end will you buckle or stand up my friend? It matters not what you fucking make of this, Only what you make of yourself What legacy will you leave unto us? What stories will you tell? Hold strong in every moment, take these words and let them stick, Fight your way out of the fucking corner, And swing your fucking fists, bitch. And cut all the ties, Cut me to pieces Cut the light from our lives. Steal every second, Take every shot, Give up on nothing, Cause nothings all you've got. And in the end, you'll see its time well spent. And in the end did you buckle or stand up my friend? If theres ever anything you can get through, Let it be this and now with head held high, No hate nor hate filled words consume you, This is not your time to die.

about

A track written and recorded in the few short months before lead vocalist Dan went in for a life-threatening awake-craniotomy procedure to remove a seizure-inducing brain tumour.

Heavily referencing Rudyard Kiplings infamous poem "If", which was a big source of Dans positivity in the face of adversity at the time, the whole band rallies together in support and the song exposes itself as a message to those weathering hard times of the importance of standing strong and tackling head-on that which threatens to break you down.

about

Lonewolves Nottingham, UK

"A Nottingham based, rum-and-coke-fuelled, down-tuned riff-fest, covertly thrashing their way around the local scene, Lonewolves are currently in the processes of writing and recording new material for an upcoming summer release with a richer, thicker and more refined version of their trademark sound.
For fans of ETID, SFTP, and Letlive this will be a definite release to look out for."
